FOLD / The seat

FOLD ports the Standard Reserve model from Robinhood Chain to Solana.

1,000 nontransferable seats collect token allocations from launches. Hold your seat for more drops. Burn it to claim what you've collected.

Seats are sold in a daily SOL Dutch auction: the price starts high and falls until someone buys.

Once you own a seat, you can't transfer or sell it. Your exit is to burn it.

Daily SOL Dutch auction: a descending price line stops when a seat is bought. The chart is schematic, with no numeric prices. Seats cannot be sold or transferred.VIEW FULL SIZE ↗

Every launch sends a fixed share of its token supply into a public vault, split equally across seats.

Those allocations stay locked while you hold your seat. Creators can show exactly where that supply sits.

Each launch routes a fixed share of its supply into a public vault. The vault allocates equally across seats. Allocations stay locked until the seat burns.VIEW FULL SIZE ↗

Burning your seat releases all the token allocations you've collected.

The burn also ends your right to future drops. Claiming and exiting are the same action. You can't claim the tokens and keep the seat.

Two options: hold the seat to keep receiving drops while allocations stay locked, or burn the seat to claim accumulated tokens and stop receiving future drops.VIEW FULL SIZE ↗

An inactive seat can be burned by anyone once it meets the protocol's inactivity rules.

The caller gets a bounty. The seat's unclaimed drops go to the remaining seats.

Holding a seat means staying active.

Once a seat meets the inactivity rules, anyone can burn it. The caller receives a bounty. The unclaimed token allocations redistribute to the remaining seats.VIEW FULL SIZE ↗
